En ell es proporcionen els principis de la institució Special Olympics, i es descriu l'organització de la cinquena edició dels Jocs Special Olympics de Catalunya que van tenir lloc a Reus, el 1996.
Este trabajo se realizó para la asignatura Campus "Olimpismo, Deporte y Sociedad" durante el curso 1996-97. En él se proporcionan los principios de la institución Special Olympics, y se describe la organización de la quinta edición de los Juegos Special Olympics de Catalunya que tuvieron lugar en Reus, en 1996.
This working paper was writen for the Campus subject "Olimpisme, Esport i Societat" during the year 1996-97. It is provided with rudiments of the institution Special Olympics, and with an overview of the organization of the fifth edition of Catalonia Games Special Olympics taken place in Reus, in 1996.
