Malnutrition has a negative impact on patients with chronic pulmonary obstructive disease (COPD). The purpose of this study was to assess the prevalence of malnutrition, defined by the Global Leadership Initiative for Malnutrition (GLIM), in stable COPD patients referred to pulmonary rehabilitation, and to explore potential associations of malnutrition according to GLIM, and its components, with increased risk of mortality and hospitalizations in 2 years. Exégetas de la tardoantigüedad aplicaron un sistema de relaciones alegóricas y figurales a los textos, para extraer significados cristianos, escribiendo una memoria histórica. En el siglo XX, historiadores como Erwin Panofsky, establecían principios del método iconológico a través de una interpretación 'científica' de artes figurativas, que sujetaba aquellos textos al contexto histórico, al código iconográfico y al medio técnico de cada obra, para 'reconstruir' su significado y, con ello, la historia del arte. Some exegetes of the Late Antiquity used a system of allegorical and figurative relationships to extract Christian meanings from texts, and in this way, writing a historical memory. Later, in the 20th century, historians such as Erwin Panofsky, established the principles of the iconological method through a 'scientific' interpretation of figurative arts, that subjected those texts to the historical context, the iconographic code, and the technical medium of each work, in order to 'reconstruct' its meaning and, therefore, the history of art.
