Summary: Many patients at increased risk of fractures do not take their medication appropriately, resulting in a substantial decrease in the benefits of drug therapy. Improving medication adherence is urgently needed but remains laborious, given the numerous and multidimensional reasons for non-adherence, suggesting the need for measurement-guided, multifactorial and individualized solutions. Several guidelines have been reported for bone-directed treatment in women with early breast cancer (EBC) for averting fractures, particularly during aromatase inhibitor (AI) therapy. Recently, a number of studies on additional fracture related risk factors, new treatment options as well as real world studies demonstrating a much higher fracture rate than suggested by randomized clinical controlled trials (RCTs). 30 p, 168.9 KB Quand les étudiants jugent leurs études : quelques enseignements d'une recherche internationale / Lima, Laurent ; Hadji, Charles
» (Demailly, 2001). [...]
To evaluate teaching is currently considered as compelling, both from an institutional and a moral viewpoint. However the conditions of such an evaluation have triggered strong debates: «Who? What? How? Drawing from which references? Which clues? Should the people assessed take part in the process? To what extent should the results be publicized?» (Demailly, 2001). [...]

The social and biophysical dimensions of the ecosystems are closely linked to each other thus creating complex synergies at multiple temporal and spatial scales. The theoretical framework of the social-ecological system (SES) from an institutional perspective as well as of the ecosystem approach (EA) have been used in the present thesis in order to identify and analyze the main subsystems and to look into the variables related to the Senegal River Delta (the Republic of Senegal) with the ultimate objective of suggesting measures to be taken for the integrated management of the territory.
