La Grammatica in Dante
/
[...] Grammar in Dante occupies one of the two poles of the diglossic paradigm characteristic of the linguistic culture of the Middle Ages. Reflection on grammar is developed creatively from the Vita Nuova to the Commedia, starting from Aristotelian-Thomist concepts and leading to the definitive neutralisation of the diglossia demonstrated especially in the Convivio and the De vulgari. La grammatica lulliana dal trivium all'Arte
/
[...] The grammar plays a marginal role in the process of re-foundation of knowledge that Ramon Llull engages since 1290. While rhetoric and logic are the subject of two specific works (Rhetorica nova of 1301 and Logica nova of 1303), the grammar is probed through the artistic principles only in Ars Generalis Ultima (1305-8) within the 'Hundred forms'.
[...] This article goes through the main ideas in Dante's Convivio interpreting them as a sample of a historical desacralization crisis caused by the spreading of the commercial production mode, which translates into an intellectual crisis where the author tries to reformulate the link binding Heaven with Earth, meaning the matrix itself of feudal sacralised ideological unconsciousness. Dante ghibellino. Note per una discussione
/
Fenzi, Enrico
[...] The essay proposes a chronlogical hypothesis which will clarify the diverse yet related moments of the request for the Black Guelfs' pardon in the canzone Tre donne, and the marked Ghibelline spirit which gives life to the eulogy of Frederick II and Manfredi in De vulgari eloquentia. De guineus, lleons, llops i pastors : domini i govern en el pensament polític de Llull
/
[...] According to an old Ciceronian doctrine, force and fraud are the elements configuring the animal part in politics. In the Commedia, Dante identified these concepts with the two causes of injustice punished by the heavens and used his distinction in the main criterion to mark off the infernal territories. [...]

Ramon Llull : l'allegorismo 'cortese' nell'Arbre de filosofia d'amor
/
[...] This article focuses mainly on the presence of allegorical figures in Ramon Llull's Arbre de filosofia d'amor (Tree of philosophy of love).
[...] This article analyzes two figures, a literary one and a historical one, through some sonnets of the Italian Renaissance. One of these figures is the famous queen from Carthage, Dido, to whom Tansillo wrote an enigmatic sonnet, because without mentioning her name, he places her among the «Lugentes Campi», recreating the verses of the Aeneid's book 6.
[...] This article aims to analyse the portrayal of the language spoken by women in Italian television fiction. Language, together with visual images, is an indispensable tool for characterisation and the creation of models that, on one hand, have the purpose of representing reality through the construction of a plausible world but on the other hand stray from real life in that they represent stereotypes that make the models instantly credible and the events predictable.
