Introduction & Aims Cryopreservation of serum samples is a standard procedure for biomedical research in tertiary centers. However, studies evaluating the long-term biological stability of direct liver fibrosis markers using cryopreserved samples are scarce. [...]

Background: HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B patients require long-term nucleos(t)ide analogues (NAs) because loss of surface antigen (HBsAg) is unusual. Low quantitative HBsAg (qHBsAg) levels can identify patients with higher probability of seroclearance. [...]

[...] At the end of the 19th century, lunfardo was born in Argentina, and mainly in Buenos Aires. This jargon belonged to the lower social groups of Argentinian Spanish. Over time, this new linguistic aspect is consolidated as an identity element thanks to cultural products such as music, theater or literature. [...] Little is known about the clinical impact of using multiparametric MRI to plan early salvage radiotherapy after radical prostatectomy. We aimed to evaluate the incidence and location of recurrence based on pelvic multiparametric MRI findings and to identify clinical variables predictive of positive imaging results. [...]

In the house mouse there are numerous chromosomal races distinguished by different combinations of metacentric chromosomes. These may come into contact with each other and with the ancestral all-acrocentric race, and form hybrid zones. [...]
