L'article constitueix una primera aportació a l'estudi de la introducció de l'escriptura humanística al Principat de Catalunya, apareguda en la dècada dels 40 del segle XV. S'inicia amb la invenció i difusió de la nova grafia, a Itàlia, per a després analitzar com influeixen els nous usos gràfics a la cultura escrita catalana d'aleshores, tant en l'escriptura documental com en la librària.
The article constitutes a first contribution to the study of the introduction of the Humanistic script in the Principality of Catalonia, appeared in the forties of the 15 th century. It begins with the invention and diffusion of the new graph, in Italy, to analyse later how the new graphic uses influence in the written culture of that time, both in the documental and book writing.
