En el presente artículo se analiza el origen de la regulación desde un punto de vista contrapuesto a la clásica intervención normativa del Estado administrativo de corte continental-francés, es decir, el modelo originario de los Estados Unidos de influencia comunitarocéntrica, así como las implicaciones que este otro sistema de regulación va a tener en el resto del mundo. [...] Al present article s'hi analitza l'origen de la regulació des d'un punt de vista contraposat a la clàssica intervenció normativa de l'Estat administratiu de patró continental francès, és a dir, el model originari dels Estats Units d'influència comunitarocèntrica, així com les implicacions que aquest sistema de regulació tindrà sobre la resta del món. Este ensayo explora cómo la corrupción representa una amenaza significativa para la seguridad humana en múltiples dimensiones: económica, política, personal y comunitaria. Al corroer la confianza en las instituciones, socavar el estado de derecho y facilitar otras formas de criminalidad, la corrupción impacta negativamente en la calidad de vida de las personas y en la cohesión social. [...] Aquest assaig explora com la corrupció representa una amenaça significativa per a la seguretat humana en múltiples dimensions: econòmica, política, personal i comunitària. En destruir la confiança en les institucions, soscavar l'estat de dret i facilitar altres formes de criminalitat, la corrupció impacta negativament en la qualitat de vida de les persones i en la cohesió social. [...] This essay explores how corruption represents a significant threat to human security across multiple dimensions: economic, political, personal and community.
