This article explores the diagnostics of the impact of the end of the Colonial Empire over the spanish economy muden by contemporaiy economists. It analyzes the mechanisms used for the war jinance, the augment of public debt, the inflation, the externa1 deficit, the monetaiy depreciatioiz and the afterwar reconstruction. It describes the contlaversy between fiench inspired monetary theories and those others that emphasize preferably the real sector of the economy The global balance shows un elevate degree of coincidence about the consideration tlut economic crisis was feeble and short and that posterior recupemtion was so muck intense. |
