Abstract:	Este artículo indaga sobre las relaciones entre Semiótica e ideología en la obra de Roland Barthes. Para ello se abordan nociones desarrolladas y desmontadas por el semiólogo francés: mito, naturalización y doxa. Mitologías es un texto fundador de sus investigaciones semiológicas, donde quedará planteado un destino para la semiología: la operación de desnaturalización. Si bien la aventura semiológica de Barthes se disemina en varios recorridos, nos interesa focalizar en la insistencia, a lo largo de su producción, de la potencia desnaturalizadora de la semiología recuperada hasta en sus últimos seminarios y cursos.
Abstract:	This article explores the relationships between Semiotics and ideology in Roland Barthes' work. This basic concepts as myth, naturalisation and doxa, developed by the French semiologist are addressed. We begin by considering Mythologies as the essential text for his semiologic research in which a destiny for semiology is already stated: the operation of denaturalisation. Although Barthes' semiologic adventure is disseminated into several paths we focus on his insistence -all through his production and even to his last seminars and courses- on the denaturalising power of semiology.
