Este estudio describe y analiza la formación en las organizaciones del tercer sector social de Cataluña, y contribuye a aportar algunas propuestas de mejora. El entorno complejo vivido desde los últimos años marca un cambio de época para las entidades que deben cubrir más necesidades sociales con menos recursos. La formación ofrece grandes oportunidades para las entidades que sean capaces de integrarla en su estrategia, políticas y proyectos. El presente estudio se sitúa en el paradigma interpretativo, se ha utilizado una metodología mixta, tanto cuantitativa y cualitativa. Han participado 172 entidades mediante la respuesta a un cuestionario cumplimentado por los responsables de formación de estas entidades, además se han contrastado los resultados obtenidos mediante cuatro discusiones grupales de expertos. Los resultados constatan el aumento de la formación en el sector y su calidad, aunque es insuficiente para cubrir las necesidades de las entidades y abordar los retos del contexto. Entre los resultados más importantes se destacan la necesidad de implementar planes de formación estratégicos, disponer de un presupuesto anual, implementar una detección de necesidades más rigurosa, diversificar los métodos y estrategias formativas, y evaluar los resultados de la formación para garantizar el mayor impacto y el retorno de la inversión. Por último, se aportan propuestas de mejora sobre la rigurosidad, calidad y suficiencia de formación contrastadas con los responsables de formación y expertos del propio tercer sector. |

This study describes and analyzes the training in the organizations of the third social sector of Catalonia and contributes to provide some improvement proposals. The complex surrounding lived til the last years marks a change of era for the entities that should cover up more social necessities with less resources. The training offers big opportunities to the entities that can be capable of integrate it in their strategy, politics and Projects. The present study is situated in the interpretative paradigm, it has been used a mix methodology, quantitative as much as qualitative. 172 entities have participate by means of the answer to a questionnaire filled in by the training responsible of this entities, besides, the obtained answers had been contrasted by an expert group debate. The results establish the increase of the quality and volume of the training in the sector, being this insufficient to cover up the necessities of the entities and deal with the context challenge. Between the more appreciable datums, it's significant the necessity of the implement about he strategy training plans, to have an annual budget for the training, implement a detection of more rigorous necessities, diversify the methods and the formative strategies and evaluate the results of the training to guarantee the biggest impact and the return of the inversion. Finally, it has been offered improvement proposals about the accuracy, quality and sufficiency of the training contrasted with the training responsible and experts of the third sector. |
