STUDIA AUREA. Revista de Literatura Española y Teoría Literaria del Renacimiento y Siglo de Oro is the result of the junction of interests of two philologycal research areas whom usually appears separately because of institutional imperatives. Some researchers from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and Universitat de Girona, have intended to create a publications platform which joins both study areas, to bridge over this formal and academic separation. The aim of the journal is offering an interchange and collaborative place, opened to classical, Italian, French philology, or modern historiography.
The journal counts on two efficients editorial staff supported by two scientific committee in Spanish Literature and Theory of Literature, with plural and multidisciplinary character and interchangeable if necessary. Despite the arbitration system (or peer review) is still not much frequent in humanistics fields, the journal has had as a main aim to guarantee to theirs researchers the highest confidentiality and respect in the revision process of articles. The intranet system with the journal counts on allows joint the rigor in the revision system with the agility of editorial process. |
