SSL encryption ensures that the information sent between you and Wikispaces is secure. When you set a Plus or Super wiki to private, your wiki will automatically be SSL-protected.

If you set up Wikispaces on your custom domain or one of our Private Label plans, and would like SSL encryption, let us know and we will help you activate it.

Create your own customized theme with the colors, layout, and look that suit you. With our custom theme system, you have full control over the HTML and CSS that make up your wiki.

Define your own permissions on the Super and Private Label plans, including which types of users can view, edit, and create pages, and who can create discussion posts. Set access permissions for individual pages on your wiki. Make certain pages on your wiki private to organizers or open up some pages on your private wiki to the public.

Use your own domain name for your wiki with our Super plan or your entire Wikispaces environment with our Private Label service.

Wikispaces allows access to pages, files, and page history through the use of Web Folders (WebDav).

This allows you to access your wiki like it was a folder on your computer so you can upload and download with ease.

Your Wikispaces Private Label site has its own home page, directory, side wide statistics, and user accounts.

Our Private Label plans allow you to manage all of the user accounts and wikis in your environment. You can create, delete, and edit them as necessary. You also get site-wide statistics so you can track activity across all wikis.

With Wikispaces Private Label, you can fully integrate your Wikispaces site with your existing systems. Single Sign-On allows your users to login to your existing website or authentication system and be automatically logged in to your Wikispaces site. Along with our SOAP API, and custom domains, your wiki can become a seamless part of your existing web and IT infrastructure.

Wikispaces Private Label includes an extensive Application Programming Interface (API). In addition to content creation, file management, tags, the API allows for creation and management of users and wikis.

What do we mean by "unlimited" file storage?

Wikispaces Private Label is designed to provide wiki hosting for organizations. It is not appropriate to use Wikispaces Private Label primarily for online file storage or archiving. If you use Wikispaces Private Label consistently with the Terms of Service and primarily as a wiki service for your organization we will place no limits on your storage space. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
