| Abstract: |
Para contribuir a la teoría del diseño propongo un manifiesto para que el diseñador tenga en cuenta en el momento de lucidez en que sus pensamientos se concretizan en forma, y diseña. Como diseñadores tenemos la capacidad de suplir necesidades pero sobre todo de identificarlas, necesidades que otros creerán irrelevantes o inexistentes. Un diseñador no es quien modifica objetos sin transformar o trascender su contenido, es quien permanece inconforme ante la idea del mundo preestablecido en donde los objetos nos han sido arrojados y las interpretaciones pre configuradas. Los diseñadores tenemos la capacidad de expandir la percepción de los usuarios y proporcionar objetos que se salgan de lo pre establecido, permitiéndoles experimentar nuevas interpretaciones, asombrándoles con relaciones que nunca habían soñado tener con el mundo exterior. A esos diseños que consisten en gran parte en detalles que transforman comportamientos de manera inconsciente, son los que distingo como diseños emocionales. |
| Abstract: |
In order to contribute to Design theory I propose a manifest for the designer to have in mind at the moment of brightness in which their thoughts are beign concrete into forms, and designs. As designers we have the capacity to suply necesities but most of all to identify them, necesities that others could find irrelevants or non-existent. A designer is not the one who modifies objects without trascending its content, is the one who does not agree with the idea of an allready established world in which objects have been thrown to us and the interpretations allready done. As designers we have the capacity to expand costumers perceptions and create objects that go beyond the established, allowing them to experience new interpratations, astonishing them with relationships they would have never dream of having with the tangible world. Those designs consisting mostly on details that change human behaivours in an incounsiouss way, are the ones I define as emotional designs. |
