| Resumen: | A partire dalla comparazione con altre dieci città europee realizzata nell'ambito del progetto europeo FLOWS (Impact of local welfare systems on female labour force participation and social cohesion),l'articolo esplora la tenuta del modello bolognese di sostegno all'occupazione femminile a fronte dei cambiamenti strutturali degli ultimi due decenni e dell'attuale periodo di recessione ed austerità. In particolare, l'articolo indaga quali sono stati gli effetti della transizione al post-fordismo e della terziarizzazione sull'occupazione femminile a Bologna e come il sistema di welfare locale ha risposto - in presenza di vincoli di bilancio più stringenti - ai nuovi bisogni di conciliazione. |
| Resumen: | Stemming from a comparison with 10 European cities carried out in the FLOWS project (Impact of local welfare systems on female labour force participation and social cohesion), the article investigates the endurance of the Bologna model of support to women's employment in face of the estructural changes of the last two decades and the present recession and austerity period. The article asks what the effects of post-industrial transition on the female participation to the local labour market have been and how the local welfare system has answered to new family-work reconciliation needs, in presence of stricter budget constraints. |
