Con la conformidad del acusado, la sentencia condena por delito de maltrato animal al propietario de dos bueyes a los que suministró anfetaminas en una competición con apuestas en una localidad de Bizkaia, y que murieron de forma agónica a causa del efecto de estas sustancias. Además de analizar el contenido del fallo, la autora reflexiona sobre las implicaciones administrativas de este tipo de conductas, y la trascendencia de su condena en sede judicial penal. |

With the agreement of the accused, the sentence condemns the owner of two oxen to whom he supplied amphetamines in a competition with bets in a locality of Bizkaia, and who died agonizingly because of the effect of these substances. In addition to analyzing the content of the ruling, the author reflects on the administrative implications of this type of conduct, and the significance of her conviction in criminal justice. |
