Abstract:	La influencia del Profesor David Favre en el Derecho Animal es reconocida a nivel mundial, por eso la publicación de un nuevo libro suyo constituye un hito. El objetivo de este libro, no es analizar cómo poner fin a la "explotación de los animales", sino ofrecer una tercera opción entre la situación actual y la perspectiva abolicionista.
