Resumen:	El autor trata con la fuente de donde derivar los objetivos de la educación. Paideia plantea inexorablemente la cuestión del telos, que, al mismo tiempo, resulta inteligible solo a partir de axios. Pero, ¿qué sería axios si no tuviera el soporte de ontos? Además, la pregunta de dónde termina el ontos si no hubiera theos siempre permanecerá abierta. Como es imposible establecer el theos o el Absoluto indiscutiblemente en el Postmodernismo, en el cual estamos sumergidos en este momento, el autor no tiene otra opción que sostener la axiología de la educación en ontos, tal como aparece después de la Muerte de Dios. Es decir, solo los ontos anthropos pueden regir la teología. ¿Qué es el ser humano? Huérfano del Absoluto del que hablar, el discurso se limita a describir el Homo occidentalis, como punto de referencia plausible para la valoración. El judaísmo, el helenismo y el romanismo son los progenitores del paradigma occidental, que es precisamente el nuestro. La Biblia, la Odisea y la Eneida se consideran autocomprensiones del tiempo humano. Este núcleo permite, al menos durante un determinado período de tiempo, escapar de la dificultad de tener que establecer objetivos para la tarea de educar en el área conocida como Occidente.
Resumen:	The author deals with the source from which to derive the aims of education. Paideia inexorably raises the question of telos, which, at the same time, results intelligible only from axios. But, what would axios be if it did not have the support of ontos? Besides, the question of where ontos ends if there wasn't theos will always remain open. As it is impossible to set theos or the Absolute indisputably in Postmodernism, in which we are submerged at the moment, the author has no other choice but to sustain the axiology of education on ontos, such as it appears after the Death of God. That is to say, only the ontos anthropos can reguide theology. What is the human being? Orphan of the Absolute from which to speak, the discourse is limited to describing the Homo occidentalis, as plausible point of reference for valuation. Judaism, Helenism and Romanism are the progenitors of the occidental paradigm, which is precisely ours. The Bible, the Odyssey and the Aeneid are considered as selfcomprehensions of human time. This nucleus allows, at least for a determined period of time, to escape the difficulty of having to establish aims to the task of educating in the area known as Occident.
