Abstract: |
This article examines some underlying conditions for the success of inter-university co-operation through the experience derived from a project between T. U. Berlin (the Technical University of Berlin, Germany) and Uni. Bat (the University of Batna, Algeria). The project had the financial support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ GmbH). The description and analysis of the project's content are presented using a Problem Solving Cycle Model borrowed from the domain of safety management. This presentation opens further possibilities to test the application of the model in an area remote from its original context. |
