Las imágenes de prisión de Abu Ghraib : de la plaza pública al ágora audiovisual

Abstract:	El objetivo de este artículo es analizar las estrategias y signos de poder representados a través de las imágenes de violencia de Abu Ghraib. Todo cuerpo social necesita de sus propios mecanismos de transmisión del poder. Sin embargo, y tras la reproducción audiovisual de las figuras actoriales, este proceso generó nuevas formas de sentido y significación.
Abstract:	The aim of this article is to analyze the strategies and signs of power represented across the images of violence of Abu Ghraib. Any social body needs its own mechanisms of transmission of power. Nevertheless, and after the audio-visual reproduction of the actorial fgures, this process generated new forms of sense and signifcance not only among those involved directly in the confict but worldwide.
