Abstract:	En este artículo partimos de la noción de frontera para ir más allá de sus acepciones más corrientes y analizar los modos en que la acción política de una organización de travestis, en este caso ALITT, está llevando adelante un proyecto cooperativo de trabajo y capacitación, extiende los límites impuestos y las fronteras de lo pensable. Desde esta perspectiva, se busca desafiar las concepciones heteronormativas, racistas y sexistas de ciudadanía como formas de disciplinamiento individual y colectivo, y producir saberes mestizos y posibilidades de vida que lleven la marca de lo emancipatorio.
Abstract:	In this article we intend to call into question the notion of frontier by going beyond its usual meanings, and analyze the ways in which political actions performed by a transvestite organization (ALITT) that is carrying out a project for cooperative work and training, challenge imposed limits and expands the boundaries of what is thinkable. Furthermore, from this perspective we seek to challenge the production of knowledge based on hetero-normative, racist and sexist conceptions of citizenship as forms of disciplining the individual and the collective, as well as to produce mestizo knowledge and possibilities of life that are marked by emancipatory struggles.
