Abstract:	Este artigo apresenta uma parte das análises que compõem a pesquisa "Práticas sexuais, sociabilidades e violências", realizada a partir de contextos de sociabilidade sexual entre homens freqüentadores de videolocadoras pornôs (sex shops) e saunas em Porto Alegre, Brasil. As ferramentas metodológicas foram construídas a partir dos estudos de gênero e sexualidade em perspectiva construcionista discursiva. O estudo tem como objetivo contribuir para a (re)formulação de ações e políticas em saúde na prevenção e tratamento às DST, HIV e AIDS junto à população homossexual e de homens que fazem sexo com outros homens, na sua interface com os direitos humanos.
Abstract:	This article presents some of the fndings of an alysis carried out as part of the research project 'Sexual Practices, Social Life and Violence', carried out in contexts of sexual socialising practices amongst men who are regulars of saunas and porn video shops (sex shops) in Porto Alegre, Brazil. The methodological tools were devised taking on board gender and sexuality studies from a constructionist discursive perspective. The study aims to contribute to the (re)formulation of health actions and policies in the areas of prevention and treatment of STDs, HIV and AIDS, along with both the gay population and those who have sex with other men, in its interface with human rights.
