Effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based program

Abstract: This data are part of the study developed aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the Mindfulness-Based and Cognitive-Behavior Therapy for Anger-Management (M-CBT) program developed by Kelly in reducing anger-related problems among adolescents in schools using a pre-post test design. Participants were 589 pupils aged between 13 and 16. The results showed that P-CBT was not effective in reducing aggression among adolescents, whereas M-CBT was effective in reducing different aggression elements.
