Abstract:	Las reflexiones de Antonio Gramsci en torno al problema del derecho son escasas y fragmentarias, tanto en los escritos previos a su encarcelamiento como en los denominados Cuadernos de la Cárcel. Por eso, tal vez no resulte muy llamativo que haya pocas producciones que se dediquen a analizar directamente el modo en que este autor ha pensado esta problemática. En este trabajo nos proponemos contribuir a cubrir este espacio de vacancia. Presentaremos, en primer lugar, una hipótesis de lectura sobre el problema del derecho en Gramsci, articulando la misma a partir del par conceptual coerción-consenso. Finalmente, intentaremos ir más allá de sus planteos, e introduciremos una posible hipótesis sobre la forma en que el derecho participa de la producción de hegemonía.
Abstract:	Antonio Gramsci's reflections on the problem of right are scarce and fragmentary, both in the writings preceding his incarceration and in the so-called Prison Notebooks. For that reason, it may not seem very much surprising that there are only a few productions that directly address the way in which this author has analyzed this problem. In the present article, we seek to contribute to fulfill this vacancy. In the first place, we will present a reading hypothesis about the problem of right in Gramsci, articulating it as of the conceptual pair coercion-consensus. We will finally try to go beyond his analyses, and we will introduce a possible hypothesis about the way in which right participates in the production of hegemony.
