Resum:	This document provides in-depth information regarding how researchers will handle the data collected, processed and/or generated in the RightsApp project. This report corresponds to D1. 1: "Data Management Plan", released in Month 6 (August 2018), as planned in the Description of Action within the project. Therefore, this deliverable addresses the managing of data sets, their description and their purpose. It also discusses the openly accessible data sets, research data and software generated, as well as, the allocation of resources for the handling of this data, furthermore, it also briefs data security aspects. Finally, this document also addresses the ethical issues posed by the research activities scheduled during the course of the project.
