Abstract:	Se analiza el fenómeno tecnológico de las aeronaves no tripuladas, tanto de las autónomas como de las aeronaves por control remoto. Desde la perspectiva del Derecho privado, se destaca su estatuto jurídico como bien mueble registrable, su objeto de negocios jurídicos, la responsabilidad civil del operador de UAS y del aseguramiento de la responsabilidad.
Abstract:	The technological phenomenon of unmanned aircraft is analyzed, both autonomous and remote-controlled aircraft. From the perspective of private law, its legal status as registrable movable property, its legal business object, the civil liability of the UAS operator and the assurance of liability stand out.
