'Vox Domini': el órgano medieval del Museo del 'Studium Biblicum Franciscanum' de Jerusalén y la perdida Sibila de la iglesia de la Natividad de Belén

Abstract:	En el Museo del Studium Biblicum Franciscanum se conserva el Tesoro de Belén, que consiste en una serie de objetos que pertenecieron a la iglesia de la Natividad durante el período medieval. Entre ellos destacan 251 tubos de órgano de varias dimensiones y un carillón de 13 campanas. La presente contribución propone que el trasfondo de estas piezas esté relacionado con las ceremonias litúrgicas celebradas en la basílica durante la época cruzada, en concreto, con el Canto de la Sibila en la Vigilia de Navidad. Por ello, es muy probable que este peculiar contexto dramático-musical deba conectarse con la ornamentación de la iglesia con mosaicos, entre 1167 y 1169, en los que se figuraban el Liber Generationis en la nave central y el Arbol de Jesé con la Sibila en la contrafachada.
Abstract:	In the Museum of the Studium Biblicum Franciscanum is preserved the Treasure of Bethlehem. It consists of a series of objects that belonged to the Church of Nativity in the medieval period. Among them it must be highlighted 251 organ pipes of various dimensions and a carillon consisting of 13 bells. This contribution proposes that the background of these pieces is related to the liturgical performance in the basilica during the Crusader's times, in particular, the Chant of Sibyl on Christmas Eve. For that reason, it is very likely that this peculiar musical and dramatic context must be connected with the ornamentation of the church with mosaics, between 1167-1169, depicting both the Liber Generationis -in the main aisle- and the Tree of Jesse with the Sibyl, in the counterfaçade.
