Neste artigo, buscamos tecer considerações sobre as contribuições que o Construcionismo Social pode oferecer aos estudos e intervenções em saúde do trabalhador. O artigo inicia-se com um breve percurso por algumas das principais teorias críticas sobre a relação saúde e trabalho para, a seguir, traçar considerações sobre o tema. Para tanto, apresentamos também uma pesquisa realizada junto a portadores de LER/DORT como ilustração da importância de se atentar aos processos de produção de sentidos no âmbito das relações saúde e trabalho. Nela (na pesquisa), pudemos desfiar uma historicidade de sentidos sobre a LER e o conviver com ela, como expressão das interanimações dialógicas travadas pelos portadores nos seus cotidianos (incluindo-se neles também os pesquisadores), cujos complexos discursivos ora combatiam-se, ora negociavam, ora acomodavam sentidos distintos, promovendo, tal qual um caleidoscópio, novas formas discursivas em tempo e novas materialidades; promotoras, por sua vez, de novas perspectivas e condições de possibilidades para ação na vida sendo vivida. |

In this article, we search to weave some considerations about the Social Constructionism contributions to research and intervention on workers' health. The article begins with a brief passage over some of the main critical theories on health and work, and then it traces some considerations on this theme. We also present a research with workers who have got Repetitive Strain Injuries as an illustration of the importance of studying the process of production of senses in the scope of the relations between health and work. In this research, we could disentangle a historicity of the senses about repetitive strain injuries and coexisting with them, as an expression of the dialogic interanimations that the carriers of this disease construct in their everyday life (which also includes the researchers), whose discursive complexes were sometimes fighting, sometimes negotiating, sometimes adjusting different senses; promoting new discursive forms in time, as well as new materialities which promote new perspectives and possibilities of action in their lives. |
