Una experiència de foment d'aprenentatge autònom

Resumen:	En aquesta comunicació presentem les característiques i principals resultats obtinguts de la introducció de processos de treball autònom i d'avaluació continua en l'assignatura Estructura Social per a alumnat de la carrera d'Antropologia Social i Cultural. L'interès d'aquesta experiència rau en descriure en detall el procés que ha orientat el treball autònom de l'alumnat, assenyalant les seves fites i les seves dificultats. Descrivim el procés planificat i la seva realització, assenyalant quines competències són les que més ha estimulat aquesta forma d'aprenentatge i alhora la dedicació que ha exigit al professorat i a l'alumnat. Adjuntem exemples dels diversos materials amb els quals s'ha organitzat el treball autònom, així com les diverses guies d'avaluació. S'ha volgut establir una estreta i concreta vinculació entre les explicacions realitzades a classe, l'aprenentatge en aula i fora, i el sistema d'avaluació. La traducció del procés d'aprenentatge en puntuació només es va realitzar al final de curs. En aquest sentit es va aplicar una avaluació continua on els errors i confusions típiques de qualsevol procés d'aprenentatge no eren penalitzats, sinó reconduïts a la seva correcció i superació a través de les tutories. Així es va prestar especial cura en no convertir l'avaluació continua en una successió de petites activitats avaluables per si mateixes i representatives d'una proporció de la nota final.
Resumen:	In this communication we show the characteristic and main results obtained from the introduction of autonomous work processes and continuous evaluation in the subject of Social Structure for students of the Social and Cultural Anthropology Degree. The interest of this experience ends up on describing in detail the process that has orientated the autonomous work of the students, pointing out their successes and their difficulties. We portray the planned process and its realization, pointing out which competences have been more stimulated. In addition we show the dedication that it has required to the teaching staff and to the students. We attach examples of the several materials with which the autonomous work have been organized, as well as the several guides of evaluation. It has been wanted to establish a narrow and concrete linking among the explanations carried out in class, the learning in classroom and out of, and the system of evaluation. The translation from the learning process in score was only carried out in the end of course. In this sense was applied a continuous evaluation where the errors and typical confusion of any learning process were not penalized, but were taken back to their correction and improvement through the tutorship. Special care was loaned on not converting the continuous evaluation in a succession of small evaluable activities representative of a proportion of the final note.
