Abstract:	El texto que presentamos en este número de Athenea Digital es el Capítulo 11 del libro "Anahuac, or Mexico and the Mexicans, Ancient and Modern" que publicó el antropólogo Edward Burnett Tylor en 1861 en Londres. Tanto la introducción al texto y al trabajo de Tylor, como la traducción al castellano del capítulo han sido realizadas por Leif Korsbaek.
Abstract:	The following text is a translation to Spanish from the Chapter 11 of the Edward Burnett Tylor's book "Anahuac, or Mexico and the Mexicans, Ancient and Modern" published in London in 1861. The introduction and the translation of Tylor's text are made by Leif Korsbaek.
