Focusing on the practice of poetic imitation, this study examines the importance of Góngora's model in the conformation of Bernardino de Rebolledo's Segunda Selva dánica. For this, after having examined the genre and structure of the composition, the article pays attention to three elements connected to the Soledades: the description of natural elements, the ekphrasis of falconry paintings and the main notes of the poem's elocution.
