La irreflexiva criminalización del hostigamiento en el proyecto de código penal

Abstract:	El nuevo proyecto de código penal con la introducción del nuevo delito de hostigamiento da un paso más hacia la tipificación de toda forma de acoso. El artículo critica esta tendencia político criminal y, hasta la propuesta de un tipo único de acoso, defiende las ventajas del inmovilismo penal para dar respuesta a este fenómeno.
Abstract:	The introduction of the new offense of stalking in the last draft penal code takes another step towards the criminalization of all forms of harassment. The article criticizes this criminal political tendency and, waiting for a proposal of a unique offense of harassment, defends the advantages of immobility in response to this phenomenon.
