Hoy en día, seguimos sin disponer de un estudio global sobre la movilidad en Catalunya a lo largo de la Edad Moderna. Se ha avanzado un poco más en el análisis de la inmigración francesa en los siglos XVI y XVII, una migración que prácticamente desaparece a raíz de la guerra de Secesión, pero persiste el desconocimiento respecto a esta movilidad durante el siglo XVIII. [...] Nowadays, we still do not have a comprehensive study of mobility in Catalonia throughout the Modern Age. Some progress has been made in the analysis of French immigration in the 16th and 17th centuries, a migration that practically disappeared following the Civil War (1640-1652/59), but there remains a lack of knowledge regarding this mobility during the 18th century.
