En l'últim capítol considerem el mateix problema d'acotar puntualment l'operador maximal d'una integral singular pel mateix operador, però en aquest cas definim una nova maximal on trunquem amb cubs en lloc de boles. Treballem el cas de la transformada de Beurling i veiem que per poder acotar ho hem de fer utilitzant la segona iterada del maximal de Hardy-Littlewood, i que no ho podem reemplaçar per la primera iteració. In the last chapter, we consider the same problem of pointwise estimating the maximal operator of a singular integral by the same operator, but in this case we define a new maximal where we truncate by cubes instead of balls. We work with the Beurling transform and we prove that we need the second iteration of the Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator, and that we can't replace it for the first iteration.
