Abstract:	El presente trabajo descubre en las reformas de 2015 la recuperación de una tendencia político criminal, el "derecho sancionador autoritario" e identifica las características de este modelo en la reforma penal y la Ley de seguridad ciudadana. Pero, en segundo lugar, y al hilo del propósito anterior, también aporta las razones por las que la implantación de este modelo puede considerarse inconstitucional.
Abstract:	This research discovered in the reforms of 2015 the recovery of a criminal political trend, the "authoritarian punitive law" and identifies the features of this model in criminal law and citizen security bill reforms. At the same time, also gives the reasons why the implementation of this model can be considered unconstitutional.
