Abstract:	Con la reforma de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial se creó la Oficina de Comunicación del Consejo General del Poder Judicial, que se encarga de gestionar la comunicación corporativa de acuerdo a lo establecido en el Protocolo de Comunicación de la Justicia de 2015. En esta política de comunicación se contemplan las redes sociales como un mecanismo de comunicación directa con la sociedad. En consecuencia, esta investigación analiza el modelo retórico y discursivo del CGPJ en las redes. Se comprueba que la actividad digital es testimonial y escasamente dialógica y se proponen algunas líneas de actuación para incrementar los niveles de bidireccionalidad e interactividad entre Justicia y ciudadanía.
Abstract:	With the reform of the Organic Law of the Judicial Power the Communication Office of the General Council of the Judicial Power was created. It is in charge of managing corporate communication according to the established in the Communication Protocol of Justice of 2015. In this communication policy social networks are considered as a mechanism of direct communication with society. Consequently, this research aims to analyze the rhetorical and discursive model of the GCJP in social networks. It is verified that the digital activity in networks is testimonial and scarcely dialogical and some lines of action are proposed to increase the levels of bidirectionality and interactivity between Justice and citizenship.
