Resum:	Partiendo de la perspectiva de la teoría de sistemas de Niklas Luhmann, este ensayo trata sobre la formación de sistemas emergentes autoorganizados en las zonas silenciadas y fronterizas del sistema social. Se consideran en él dos tipos de fronteras: la que separa la sociedad de su entorno y las internas, que separan un sub-sistema de otro dentro de la misma sociedad. Tomando en cuenta lo anterior, se explica por qué, en las fronteras de la sociedad, existe una serie de sistemas emergentes autoorganizados cuyo surgimiento y desarrollo le resultan muy inquietantes y conflictivos.
Resum:	This essay is based in the systems theory made by Niklas Luhmann and talk about the formation of the self-organized emergent systems in the silenced and bordering areas of the society. It refers to two diferent kinds of borders: the border that separates the society from the environment, and those interior borders, that separate social subsystems between them. This article explains why, in the society borders, series of self organized emergent systems exist, having a growing and development very worrying and confictive for the rest of society.
