Resumen:	Aportación sistemática sobre el derecho constitucional del bienestar animal. Se analiza el derecho comparado y la relación con fenómenos como la objeción de consciencia, la anulación de los actos contrarios al bienestar animal o la interpretación de los derechos fundamentales cuando hay una afectación al trato con animales. Se estudian países con regulación constitucional y otros que no la tienen, sin perjuicio de un reconocimiento legislativo o jurisprudencial.
Resumen:	This is a systematic contribution on the constitutional right of animal welfare. The comparative law and the relation with phenomena such as the objection of conscience, the annulment of the acts contrary to the animal welfare or the interpretation of the fundamental rights when there is an affectation to the treatment with animals are analyzed. Countries with constitutional regulation and others that do not have it are treated without prejudice to legislative or jurisprudential recognition.
