Abstract:	La salida de Reino Unido de la Unión Europea ha puesto de relieve, a tenor de los textos suscritos, la necesidad de preservar los estándares europeos en materia de prevención de riesgo fiscal. Las cláusulas normativas antielusión, la información con función disuasoria, o la calificación y régimen a las jurisdicciones consideradas como no cooperativas, son algunas de sus instituciones más representativas. La finalidad del presente articulo es poner de relieve tales instituciones y su lógica común, tanto desde una perspectiva interna que contemple un sistema coherente como desde la perspectiva externa para establecer su necesidad y exigencia con terceros Estados.
Abstract:	The United Kingdom's exit from the European Union has highlighted, according to the texts signed, the existence of European standards on the prevention of tax risks. Anti-avoidance clauses, information with a dissuasive function or the regime of jurisdictions considered as non-cooperative are some of the most representative institutions. The purpose of this article is to highlight these institutions and their common logic.
