Resum:	El reciente RDL 29/2020 ha incorporado un nuevo artículo 47 bis en el TREBEP donde se regula el teletrabajo en las Administraciones Públicas para la época post-covid-19. El objetivo de este artículo es doble: a) analizar brevemente la forma como se regula el teletrabajo en dicho artículo 47 bis; y, b) estudiar las particularidades que el teletrabajo presenta desde la perspectiva de la Seguridad Social, especialmente en materia de cotización a la Seguridad Social (la obligación de cotizar por las compensaciones pagadas a los teletrabajadores), prestaciones y accidente de trabajo.
Resum:	The recent RDL 29/2020 has incorporated a new article 47 bis of TREBEP, which regulates teleworking in Public Administrations for the post-covid-19 era. The aims of this article is twofold: a) to briefly analyse the way telework is regulated in the said article 47 bis; and, b) to study the particularities that telework presents from the perspective of Social Security, especially in terms of Social Security contributions (the obligation to contribute to the compensation paid to teleworkers), benefits and occupational accidents.
