Resum:	Giacomo della Marca had in his personal library several volumes of the Koran and a large copy of "extracta" from the Koran that he read and used for preaching, as recorded in his Sermones Dominicales. In this copy of "extracta" he wrote his glosses expressing his reactions to the reading of the Qur'anic text and his attitude towards the person and doctrine of Muhammad.
