Abstract:	Este trabalho objetivou descrever as evidências científicas sobre as práticas de autocuidado dos profissionais dos serviços de atendimento às mulheres vítimas de violência. Para tanto, realizou-se uma revisão de escopo realizada em conformidade com as recomendações do The Joanna Briggs Institute, em quatro bases de dados, seguindo o checklist Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews, entre 2015 e 2021. Os sete estudos incluídos evidenciaram o papel de proteção das práticas de autocuidado em profissionais dos serviços de atendimento às mulheres vítimas de violência. Observou-se que estas práticas são fundamentais para a prevenção e promoção da saúde mental nestes trabalhadores. Devido à importância da temática, faz-se um convite para todos os psicólogos, estudantes de Psicologia e gestores debatam, pesquisem e ampliem esta discussão.
Abstract:	This study aimed to describe the scientific evidence on the self-care practices of professionals from different sectors working in care services for women victims of violence. To this end, a scoping review was effected in accordance with the recommendations of The Joanna Briggs Institute, in four databases, following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews checklist, between 2015 and 2021. The seven included studies evidenced the protective role of self-care practices in professionals of the different sectors in care for women victims of violence. It was observed that these practices are fundamental to the prevention and promotion of mental health in the se workers. Due to the importance of the theme, an invitation is made to all psychologists, Psychology students and managers to debate, research and expand this discussion.
