Discursos en torno al éxito escolar en contextos de alta migración en Chile

Abstract:	Los grandes movimientos migratorios de los últimos años no han estado ajenos al contexto chileno. En particular, en el contexto escolar, hemos visto un aumento de estudiantes extranjeros entre el año 2015 y el año 2023 desde un 0,9% a un 7,4%. Este contexto ha traído desafíos, incluyendo la integración de niños y niñas en la escuela y el cumplimiento de expectativas familiares. La investigación presenta concepciones de éxito expresadas por familias, profesorado y equipos directivos en tres escuelas de Independencia, Chile, destacando diferencias en sus discursos.
Abstract:	The large migratory movements of recent years have been also present in the Chilean context. Particularly in the school context, we have seen an increase in foreign students from 0. 9% to 7. 4% between 2015 and 2023. This context has brought a series of new challenges, among them being able to integrate the children who come to school well and meet the expectations that families and children themselves have. The research presented here reports on the conceptions of success expressed in the discourses held by families, teachers, and management teams of three schools in the district of Independencia, Chile, highlighting differences in their discourses.
