El projecte de traducció : una eina per a l'aprenentatge cooperatiu i la professionalització

Resumen:	Aquest treball pretén presentar una experiència d'aprenentatge basat en projectes (ABP) amb estudiants de traducció. L'ABP proporciona l'oportunitat de, per una banda, treballar tant les competències genèriques com les específiques del camp de la traducció i, per altra banda, acostar-se al món professional, cosa que facilitarà la seva inserció laboral. El treball en projectes es fa distribuint la classe en grups, cada un dels quals esdevé un equip de traducció. Les funcions que ocupen els membres de l'equip inclouen: 1) un documentalista, que cerca informació sobre el camp temàtic i textos paral·lels, 2) un terminòleg, que recull de manera sistematitzada la terminologia especialitzada, 3) dos o tres traductors, que fan les traduccions, 4) un corrector, que revisa i corregeix el text, tant pel que fa a les qüestions lingüístiques com de format i 5) un gestor de projectes, que coordina el treball dels membres de l'equip i és el responsable de crear un llibre d'estil que garanteixi la coherència del producte final.
Resumen:	The objective of this article is to present a project based learning (PBL) experience with translation students. The PBL gives the student the opportunity to, on the one hand, work in the general and specific competences and, on the other and, approach the professional market, which will ultimately facilitate their insertion into the laboral market. To work on projects the class is divided into groups, and each becomes a translation team. The members' roles include: 1) a documentalist, who searches for information about the subject area and parallel texts, 2) a terminologist, who systematically gathers the especialized terminology, 3) two or three translators, who translate, 4) a proof reader, who revises and corrects linguistic and format problems in the text, 5) a project manager, who coordinates the work of each team member and is responsible of creating a style book to establish the coherency of the final product.
