9 p, 1.3 MB Clay minerals in saprolite overlying hydrothermally altered and unaltered rocks Vera epithermal gold deposit, Australia / Murphy, David M. K. (The University of Western Australia. School of Earth and Environment) ; Gilkes, Robert J. (The University of Western Australia. School of Earth and Environment)
Differentiating clay minerals that formed in a supergene environment during deep chemical weathering from those that formed during hydrothermal alteration at higher temperatures associated with a mineralizing event is important in the exploration for epithermal Au deposits. [...]

Neuroblastoma (NBL) is the most common solid tumor in infants and accounts for 15% of all pediatric cancer deaths. Several risk factors predict NBL outcome: age at the time of diagnosis, stage, chromosome alterations and MYCN (V-Myc Avian Myelocytomatosis Viral Oncogene Neuroblastoma-Derived Homolog) amplification, which characterizes the subset of the most aggressive NBLs with an overall survival below 30%.
