Chemical analysis of various components of the Coca-Cola Jordi Banús, Ňscar Núńez i Irene Miquel In this research simple analytical techniques have enabled us to find the concentration of various components of the Coca-Cola. Using density measurements has been determined the sugar content, through an acid-base titration was found phosphoric acid concentration and the concentration of caffeine was determined by the method of liquid-liquid extraction.

Concepció Rodon The results of the research describing the characteristics of environmental education centers working the coastal-marine in Catalonia and the range of activities aimed at high school. Rethinking, rewriting, rewriting or learning Roser Canet It presents the reflections on science education generated from reviews CLIL materials (natural sciences in English) for 1st ESO, performed at the UAB during the tutorials with Dra. Cristina Escobar, Teaching of Language, and Dra. Neus Sanmartí of Science Teaching. The materials have been tested at the Institute Montserrat with a group of 30 students through the Foreign Language Experimental Plan issued by the Department of Education.

Lorena Payŕ It presents the teaching sequence of activities developed during a license of type C in 2007-2008. This sequence corresponds to the chemistry part of the curriculum in the sciences of the nature of an ESO under the title "Chemistry in the Kitchen." The nexus of teaching units is the kitchen. The sequence is ready to be taught in English using a methodology CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning).
