IDEAS - Iniciativas de desarrollo educativo y sociocomunitario

Between the 20th and 25th of April and the 4th and 9th of May, the teachers Joaquín Gairín, Maria Jesús Comellas, Jordi Pàmies, Diego Castro, David Rodríguez and Patricia Olmos, in collaboration with Greivin Ramírez, Carmen Carranza and Paula Ulloa created the training activities used for the Tutorial Action Integrated Manual, designed within the IDEAS project framework.

Training activities have targeted Costa Rican night school management and teachers, and their priority objectives have been to implement action tutorial activities into the centres in order to ensure a greater student retention rate in Costa Rican night schools. For this reason, participants' involvement in training activities was sought in order to analyse their institutional and community working contexts, and so that they could put forward proposals on how to implement the activities during the year. All this was done with the support of the teams from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the Technological Institute of Costa Rica.
