The IDEAS project is carried out in collaboration with the Organisational Development Team at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the Technological Institute of Costa Rica.

This consortium is founded on three basic pillars:
a) a commitment to the improvement and fostering of vulnerable groups in Latin America

b) the history and degree of specialisation of the promoting institutions both in regards to the topics of the project and in school and social contexts where the project is to be developed and,

c) the complementarity of the two participatory organisations’ profiles and the added value that each brings when collaborating together.
