The ORACLE project is coordinated from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Autonomous University of Barcelona), specifically through the Organizational Development Group.

Joaquín Gairín and Diego Castro work as the project’s directors and implementation and development coordinators and Aleix Barrera works as a project manager.

In addition, each institution associated with the project has a coordinator in charge of ensuring the proper development of the activities planned in the project’s different work packages, which are directly linked to the development of the institutional Quality and Equity Units, as well as in the creation of institutional conditions that would enable collaboration with the Regional Observatory.

The project has been financed by the European Commission, within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme’s 2015 capacity-building call, with a total allocation of €994,190.00. Its development takes place over 36 months, starting in October 2016 and ending in October 2019.
