Resum: In the summer of 2010 the football World Cup was impossible to miss. Merchandise with the England flag dominated the urban landscape. After England's defeat, many shops had pitiful displays of all kinds of goods carrying the England logo, all of these goods for sale at much reduced prices. No-one wanted the flag any longer and it must have been a very bitter time for all those true fans who have opted for an England tattoo. There are, as anyone who reads or listens to the media must know, a great number of reasons for England's defeat. (Not least that many other teams were just a great deal better).
