Resum:	Aquesta recerca és un anàlisi sobre l'impacte que ha tingut i està tenint la intel·ligència artificial en relació al dret de propietat industrial. La normativa actual és ineficient i incoherent quan s'aplica a les invencions creades a través d'una màquina. Els aspectes jurídics analitzats son la autoria de les invencions i la propietat de les sobre les mateixes. Aquest estudi ha analitzat l'estat de la tècnica de la intel·ligència artificial, els principals reptes i canvis futurs; i ho ha combinat amb les diferents propostes sobre autoria i propietat que s'han elaborat des de la literatura europea i nord-americana. Finalment s'ha proposat un model basat en el concepte d'autor-màquina i de l'usuari com a propietari per defecte. Aquest plantejament és suficientment flexible i holístic per a ser una vertadera solució als reptes futurs. És fonamental que els diferents legisladors no perdin aquesta oportunitat perquè encara som a temps de regular en pro del màxim benefici comú.
Resum:	This research is an analysis of the impact that artificial intelligence has on and is having in relation to industrial property law, specifically in patents. Current regulations are inefficient and inconsistent when applied to inventions created in through a machine. The legal aspects analyzed are the authorship of the inventions and the ownership of them. This study has analyzed the state-of-the-art of artificial intelligence, the main challenges and future changes; and has combined it with the various authorship and property propositions that have been drawn up from European and American literature. Finally, a model based on the authormachine concept and the user as the default owner has been proposed. This approach is flexible and holistic enough to be a true solution to future challenges. It is crucial that the various legislators do not miss this opportunity, because we are still on time to achieve the maximum common profit.
